Nothing less than 5 stars! The experience was smooth and clear from the beginning til the end. Rocio really took the time in every step, from listening to the requirements, to searching for apartments and securing one that matched my description. She answered in time all kind of questions and helped in all situations, always being transparent and realistic. Keep in mind that we’re talking about a difficult market and results may take time, but they will be there. Totally recommend Lodge relocation.

Transitioning in (2023) and out (2025) of Geneva with help from Lodge Service Relocation team was so much easier. Madam Chrystel Florentin and her team handled the process with absolute professionalism, carefully advising and following up at every step of the way. We offer a wide range of services to make your move to Switzerland as smooth as possible. Our services are tailored to your needs whether you are an individual or a company.

Who can benefit from your services?

Most of our clients are corporate: multinationals, organizations, and foundations, based throughout Switzerland. Their businesses range in banking, trading, pharmaceuticals, schools, foundations, luxury industry, etc.

We also assist individuals with the same level of high-quality services.

Lodge Relocation is also in partnership with global relocation companies (RMC) who mandate us and use our services as their local relocation agency in Switzerland.

Whether you are moving alone, as a couple, or as a family, we will be there with you every step of the way!

How do your services help companies?

We work closely with HR to offer tailored services for their employees (and families) moving to Switzerland:

  • Coordinate their relocation from their home country to Switzerland
  • Handle their work and residence permits
  • Administrative follow-up
  • A weekly update is provided to HR throughout the employee’s relocation

We simplify all steps involved in a move when relocating to Switzerland.

Can you also assist family members?

Absolutely! Helping and assisting family members is a core part of our relocation services.

What documents are required to commence one’s relocation?

It will depend on whether you will be moving with your company or as an individual, as well as your personal and professional situation.
The initial documents which we will require to commence with your relocation are copies of: your passport/ID card and your employment contract or an attestation from your employer confirming your start date.

Following our initial call, we will then provide you with an exact list of other documents that we will require from you.

Who are your consultants?

Our team is comprised of over 30 highly skilled and experienced professionals within the relocation industry. They will accompany you throughout each step of your relocation.

Our consultants are all highly experienced within their local real estate market and are extremely knowledgeable with all the administrative formalities pertaining to a move here. They have a high level of awareness of what is required to assist you in ensuring that your relocation will be as smooth as possible. Our consultants are empathetic, efficient, and highly professional.

They are also multilingual! The languages they speak range from French, English, Italian, German, Swiss German and Spanish, to Portuguese, Greek, Dutch, and Swedish.

They are multicultural and have each experienced several relocations on a personal level, enabling them to have an in-depth understanding of what is required on a human and professional level to best assist our clients.

Which regions do your cover in Switzerland?

We have 4 offices in Geneva, Lausanne, Zug and Zurich. We have a regional and operational presence in all cantons.

Due to our local presence, our consultants benefit from strong roots with local partners, thus ensuring perfect mastery of the real estate market and cantonal specificities.

How do you invoice your relocation services?

Our services are invoiced per mandate. It will depend on the type of mandate you opt for or the type of tailor-made service you require. Some services are more complex than others and the price will also be factored in this.

We do not publish our prices online as each mandate is unique. A formal quote will initially be submitted to you, and we will then commence with your search or required service once you will have signed it.

Do you also offer temporary accommodation services in Switzerland?

Yes, we assist with temporary stays, including immigration procedures and temporary accommodation solutions.

How should we choose the type of relocation package that we require for our employees?

We first schedule a call with the HR/global mobility provider to define the client’s needs. We factor in the employee’s personal situation (family situation, duration of stay in Switzerland, etc.) and suggest tailor-made solutions. This can range from immigration services to handling a client’s relocation from A to Z!
