Before I arrived in Lausanne in early 2022, I was introduced via email to Ms. Daina Keil who answered many of my questions promptly, patiently, and professionally. Within a matter of a few days after my arrival, before the first day with my new employer, she worked so efficiently to show me apartments and get my resident’s card ready. Because of her extensive and strong local network, Daina was able to show me an apartment that the agency hadn’t had a chance to formally list yet and construction wan’t fully completed yet. On the day of the showing, which was a decision out of flexibility, even though the ground was still muddy, Daina sacrificed her beautiful white sneakers to walk me around the buildings to be thorough. This was the apartment I fell in love with immediately. I didn’t have to take time away from my new job to see other apartments. Daina’s signature efficiency and professionalism continued through the entire process to move-in day. Even after move-in day, she remained incredibly friendly and available to answer questions. For one particular question, Daina engaged her colleague Mr. Antoine Hebert in the Geneva office. Even though I only exchanged a few emails with Antoine, he worked just as promptly, efficiently, patiently, and professionally as Daina did and does. Both of them made the Lodge Relocation brand shine and my experience in Switzerland positively special.

Devant déménager de Paris à Lausanne, j’ai rencontré beaucoup de difficulté car je ne savais pas comment gérer et c’est finalement un collègue qui m’a donné le contact pour un déménagement de Zurich à Lausanne et je peux vous dire que je n’ai pas été déçu, disponibilité, réactivité, conseil, bienveillance et un accompagnement aux petits soins, vraiment exceptionnel et c’est grâce à eux que j’ai trouvé l’appartement de mes rêves à Lausanne pour une installation et un timing parfait, leur réseau aide énormément donc si vous vous installer ici, allez y a fond car votre dossier aura plus de poids et la régie me l’a confirmé… et au delà du réseau l’accompagnement a été top du début à la fin, entretien pour cerner vos besoins, ils s’occupent de vous du début à fin jusqu’à la remise des clés, je recommande à 2000%
