We had an outstanding, seamless experience with Lodge from start to finish. Our agent, Barbara, was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about everything Geneva has to offer. Relocating internationally can be daunting, but Barbara made us feel entirely comfortable and supported. If you are moving to the area, we cannot recommend Lodge—and Barbara specifically—highly enough!

Without Florence I would have been homeless. Literally.
Lets start at the beginning. A month before I moved contact was made. We chatted over WhatsApp to make it easier. Already suggesting apartments and attending visits on my behalf without being asked.
She found the best temporary accommodation close to my new work location. I had everything; cutlery, all kitchen items, spare pillows, hangers, tissue in the bathroom, everything we needed to move in and start work the next day with no stress. She even ensured I had adequate kitchen storage for us as she thought it was too small.
Next, sourcing my future home in a market that when I went to a viewing, there were over 50 people already viewing for a tiny little flat. I had demands, sun, balcony, sun again, study room, high floor, bike store, AND SHE GOT IT! During the viewing of my now apartment I squealed in excitement, and cried with happiness when our application was successful the next day. She made sure I was ready with all the documentation within our tight deadline of 5 days, with a list of next steps and suggested companies.
When moving in, I even had some bills set up and another handy list of next steps for me to do.
Overall, Florence, if you are readying this, THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES THANK YOU. You were so warm and welcoming, diligent, you have great attention to detail and genuine joy for your job. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Lodge for helping me move to my dream home.

Nothing less than 5 stars! The experience was smooth and clear from the beginning til the end. Rocio really took the time in every step, from listening to the requirements, to searching for apartments and securing one that matched my description. She answered in time all kind of questions and helped in all situations, always being transparent and realistic.
