These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.lodge-relocation.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Lodge Services Relocation SA, a public limited company incorporated under Swiss law with a capital of CHF 50,000, whose registered office is located at Rue de la Scie 4–6, 1207 Geneva, registered in the Geneva Commercial Register under number CH-660.0.356.976-6 (hereinafter the “Publisher”).
The Website is hosted by Infomaniak , whose registered office is located at Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), and can be contacted via the following link: https://contact.infomaniak.com.
The purpose of the Website is to present the services offered by Lodge Services Relocation and to enable Users to contact the Publisher.
