These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.lodge-relocation.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Lodge Services Relocation SA, a public limited company incorporated under Swiss law with a capital of CHF 50,000, whose registered office is located at Rue de la Scie 4–6, 1207 Geneva, registered in the Geneva Commercial Register under number CH-660.0.356.976-6 (hereinafter the “Publisher”).

The Website is hosted by Infomaniak , whose registered office is located at Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), and can be contacted via the following link: https://contact.infomaniak.com.

The purpose of the Website is to present the services offered by Lodge Services Relocation and to enable Users to contact the Publisher.

These Terms define the terms and conditions for accessing, browsing, and using the Website, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Publisher and Users. They apply to all services offered on the Website (hereinafter the “Services”) and to any interaction between the User and the Publisher via the Website.

  • de référencer ou créer des liens vers tout contenu ou information disponible depuis le Site de Lodge Relocation, sauf accord exprès, préalable et écrit de l’Éditeur ;

  • de mettre en danger ou essayer de mettre en danger la sécurité numérique de Lodge Services Relocation. Cela comprend les tentatives de contrôler, scanner ou tester la vulnérabilité du système ou réseau, ou de violer des mesures de sécurité ou d’authentification sans une autorisation préalable expresse ;

The User remains the owner of the information concerning them that they provide to Lodge Services Relocation. They have the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data pertaining to them, as well as the right to object to the communication of such data to third parties for legitimate reasons.

In any event, the Publisher's liability is limited in accordance with Swiss law. No limitation of liability applies in cases of fraud or gross negligence, in accordance with Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

11. Force majeure

The Publisher shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event as recognized by Swiss case law, including, but not limited to, technical failures, telecommunications network interruptions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or decisions by authorities.

12. Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in order to adapt them to legal, regulatory, technical, or functional changes to the Website.

The applicable and enforceable version is the one published on the Website on the date of consultation by the User.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to Swiss law, regardless of the User's country of residence.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

The User is informed that, prior to any legal action, they may resort to alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or conciliation.

15. Term

These Terms and Conditions of Use are entered into for an indefinite term and apply from the first use of the Website.
