We are very satisfied with the support Lodge Relocation provided during our move!
A huge thank you to Edith, who found us a temporary apartment close to my work that accepted our pets. She was very available and attentive.
I would especially like to thank Florence, who assisted us with great professionalism and efficiency. In just two weeks, she helped us view and sign for an apartment that met all our criteria. She was also very thorough during the move-in inspection and continued to be involved after the signing to ensure everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed.
We truly appreciated their support from start to finish, which allowed us to settle in under excellent conditions. We highly recommend Lodge Relocation for their professionalism and the quality of their follow-up!

We had an outstanding, seamless experience with Lodge from start to finish. Our agent, Barbara, was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about everything Geneva has to offer. Relocating internationally can be daunting, but Barbara made us feel entirely comfortable and supported. If you are moving to the area, we cannot recommend Lodge—and Barbara specifically—highly enough!

Claire worked tirelessly with me to find an apartment, a process that is not easy to do alone in Geneva! She listened to my concerns and understood what I was looking for, while going above and beyond to help me get early access to a very competitive rental market. From seeing various apartments and planning my visits, to finding the apartment, and then ensuring I was well informed of all paperwork needed to close the deal, she made an arduous process seem smooth and simple. Having someone like Claire by your side is a must if you want to find the right apartment!

Without Florence I would have been homeless. Literally.
Lets start at the beginning. A month before I moved contact was made. We chatted over WhatsApp to make it easier. Already suggesting apartments and attending visits on my behalf without being asked.
She found the best temporary accommodation close to my new work location. I had everything; cutlery, all kitchen items, spare pillows, hangers, tissue in the bathroom, everything we needed to move in and start work the next day with no stress. She even ensured I had adequate kitchen storage for us as she thought it was too small.
Next, sourcing my future home in a market that when I went to a viewing, there were over 50 people already viewing for a tiny little flat. I had demands, sun, balcony, sun again, study room, high floor, bike store, AND SHE GOT IT! During the viewing of my now apartment I squealed in excitement, and cried with happiness when our application was successful the next day. She made sure I was ready with all the documentation within our tight deadline of 5 days, with a list of next steps and suggested companies.
When moving in, I even had some bills set up and another handy list of next steps for me to do.
Overall, Florence, if you are readying this, THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES THANK YOU. You were so warm and welcoming, diligent, you have great attention to detail and genuine joy for your job. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Lodge for helping me move to my dream home.

If you are organizing a relocation, Barbara from Lodge Relocation is the person to trust without hesitation. She made my move truly simple and completely stress-free.
Right from our first contact, she proposed exclusively high-quality properties and provided constant, attentive support throughout the entire home search process. Her help was essential not just in finding the right apartment, but also in navigating the complex bureaucracy: she guided me step-by-step through filling out all the paperwork and assisted me with great precision during the delicate entry inspection.
Barbara combines great professionalism with rare empathy. She immediately understood my needs and always made me feel in safe hands during such a chaotic time as an international relocation.
I highly recommend her to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier support. Thank you again, Barbara and Lodge Relocation!

I cannot recommend Claire Bodson and the Lodge agency highly enough. From the very first conversation, Claire brought not only exceptional professionalism, but also genuine care, patience, and commitment to helping my family and me find the right home.
Finding an apartment can be incredibly stressful, especially when it involves your family—but Claire turned what could have been a long, exhausting, and overwhelming journey into a truly positive experience. She went above and beyond at every step, always available, always listening, and always one step ahead. Her communication was outstanding, her support constant, and her determination to find the best possible solution never wavered.
Claire clearly loves what she does, and it shows in everything she brings to her work. Without her dedication and guidance, this search would have been difficult and draining. Instead, it was handled with care, confidence, and heart.
Lodge is fortunate to have someone like Claire representing their values. I would wholeheartedly recommend Claire Bodson and the Lodge agency to anyone looking not just for a real estate professional, but for someone who truly advocates for their clients.
Thank you Claire !

Transitioning in (2023) and out (2025) of Geneva with help from Lodge Service Relocation team was so much easier. Madam Chrystel Florentin and her team handled the process with absolute professionalism, carefully advising and following up at every step of the way. They are well versed and experienced with the official requirements, and go out of their way to explain and attend to our queries. Without the team's help, the process would be very stressful. Overall, we had a great experience availing the team's service, and recommend them to those families/individuals relocating in and out of Geneva.
