These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the \u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) govern access to and use of the website www.lodge-relocation.com<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cWebsite<\/strong>\u201d), published by Lodge Services Relocation SA<\/strong>, a public limited company incorporated under Swiss law with a capital of CHF 50,000, whose registered office is located at Rue de la Scie 4\u20136, 1207 Geneva, registered in the Geneva Commercial Register under number CH-660.0.356.976-6 (hereinafter the \u201cPublisher<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Website is hosted by Infomaniak <\/strong>, whose registered office is located at Rue Eug\u00e8ne Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), and can be contacted via the following link: https:\/\/contact.infomaniak.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the Website is to present the services offered by Lodge Services Relocation and to enable Users to contact the Publisher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms define the terms and conditions for accessing, browsing, and using the Website, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Publisher and Users.     • d\u2019utiliser des logiciels ou appareils manuels ou automates, robots de codage ou autres moyens pour acc\u00e9der, explorer, extraire ou indexer toute page du Site ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • de mettre en danger ou essayer de mettre en danger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique de Lodge Services Relocation.
