This includes:

  • Temporary furnished accommodation search, accordingly to the company specifications
  • Visit of, “good match”, properties (photos can be sent by email or via the personal window)
  • Advice on the decision making process: Analysis of the pros. and cons. Of selected properties
  • Preparation of the rental application and follow-up
  • Negotiation with the real estate agent or the owner
  • Check all legal aspects of the lease agreement 
  • Bank guarantee
  • Organise telephone, internet, and electricity connection (if not already installed)
  • Inventory and inspection of the rental property
  • Welcome kit and welcome pack
  • Welcome key handover and useful information
  • Arrange change of linen and weekly cleaning (if requested)
  • Coordinate final cleaning
  • Exit inspection and inventory
